KIDJO·AI⁶ is the assistant you put INSIDE a product. It answers from the data that product already holds, and where it has no grounding for an answer it says so — instead of producing a fluent one.

What it is

Somebody asks your product a question in their own words. KIDJO·AI⁶ does not go looking on the internet for an answer — it uses the tools your product already has, reads what your product already knows, and puts that into a sentence. You bring the data and the tools; KIDJO·AI⁶ brings the discipline about what may be said.

It is an assistant, not an oracle. It will get things wrong, and the design is built around that rather than around hiding it: every answer points at what it was based on, so you can check it in one click instead of taking it on faith.

What KIDJO·AI⁶ is not. It is not a model, and it is not a chatbot you drop on top of a product. The model is replaceable — yours, ours, local or hosted. What KIDJO·AI⁶ is, is everything around it: the tools, the grounding, and the rules about what may be said when the facts are not there.

Two editions, and the difference is what they are made for

Both answer from what is really there and say so when something is not known, and both run within your own domain. KIDJO·AI⁶ is part of a product, such as Vloka and TIENOOC. KIDJO·SKY⁶ is not tied to our products: it is made to measure for what you need it for.

The model runs on your own server, next to the appliance. Your questions, your logs and your client data never leave the building — the daily licence check is still the only thing that goes out.

KIDJO·SKY⁶

Made to measure. Not tied to a product.

An assistant of its own, built around your use: helping pupils with homework or a school project, students with their studies, professionals with their training, or visitors to your website with the information on it — also by voice, for people who see poorly. The model runs within your own domain, so your data stays with you.

The mark tells you which one you are looking at. The circle with the orange dot is KIDJO·AI⁶: built into the products of CO One IT. The K with the orange arrow is KIDJO·SKY⁶: made to measure, on its own. It is on the screen you are working in, not tucked away in a settings page.

What "grounded" means here, concretely

Explanations do not come from the model. Where your product has a curated library — what an error code means, what a rule requires — the answer comes from there. Something the library does not have is reported as unknown and written down as something to add, never explained anyway. A confident wrong explanation is worse than none, because it gets believed and acted on.
Answers are about your data. The facts come from your product; the model only puts them into a sentence. It is not asked what it knows — it is asked to say what was found.
It says when it cannot confirm something. An empty read means "cannot confirm", never "there are none" — that distinction is enforced in the code, not left to phrasing.
No telemetry back to us. The list of things it could not explain — the one that decides what gets written next — stays where it was made and is read by you.

Inside your product

KIDJO·AI⁶ is built to be somebody else's assistant. You bring the product — the data it holds and the tools it can run — and KIDJO·AI⁶ is the part that turns a question into an answer that is allowed to be trusted.

Your tools, your data

You describe what your product can look up and what it can do. KIDJO·AI⁶ decides which of those to call for a given question, and answers from what came back — never from what the model happens to remember.

Your model, or ours

Any model behind an OpenAI-compatible endpoint will do, on the machine you choose. The grounding is the same either way; what changes is who stands behind the answers.

Your name on it

In your product it can be your assistant, with your name and your mark. KIDJO·AI⁶ is what it is built on, not necessarily what your customer reads.

It is already doing this. Inside Vloka, the wireless floor-plan manager for Cisco Catalyst 9800 controllers, KIDJO·AI⁶ answers questions about a network from that appliance's own readings — and refuses the ones it cannot ground. Inside TIENOOC, COONEIT's OT/IT network compliance appliance, it does the same for configuration, policies and registers, and takes you to the page where you solve it. Two products, two subjects, one assistant.

How you get it. By arrangement, not by signing up on this page: what your product knows, which tools it exposes and where the model runs are decisions to make together before anything is built. Write to info@kidjo.nl with what your product does and what you would want it to answer.

KIDJO·SKY⁶, made to measure

We build KIDJO·SKY⁶ around what your people or your visitors need. A few examples of what it is used for:

School. Pupils get help with homework and their school project: step by step, at their own level, so they understand it instead of only getting the answer.
Study and training. Students and professionals are supported in their studies and courses, with explanations, formulas in clear tables and drawings where a picture helps.
Your website. Visitors ask their question and get the answer in a few sentences, with a link to the right page, without clicking through the site — like the chat on this page.
People who see poorly. They can talk to it: ask the question out loud and hear what the page says, summarised in plain words.

Your data stays in your own domain. KIDJO·SKY⁶ runs locally, under your own control. Questions, documents and what it reads to answer them are not sent to COONEIT or to anyone else, and nothing is used to train a model.
